Good Faith
Monsters Company agrees that the job will be done in a good and workmanlike manner from the materials, files and specification furnished by the Customer. Monsters Company makes no other warranties to Customer to or to anyone who advertised in, sells or purchases or uses the work, express or implied, for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty of any type or kind. The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any loss or damage resulting from errors or defects in the job caused by Monsters Company or Monsters Company unexcused failure to produce or deliver the job timely, or outlined in agreement(s), according to specifications and schedules, shall be limited to the amount paid to Monsters Company by Customer for the job which was defective or not delivered timely and printer/designer shall have no liability for loss of profits, or any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages due to such error, defect or delay.

Release Monsters Company, LLC.
The Customer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Monsters Company from and against any and all claims, demands, actions or proceedings that may be asserted or instituted against the printer/designer alleging that the job printed or designed by Monsters Company violates any statute, rule or regulations, or any copyright or proprietary right, or that it contains any material that is pornographic, obscene or unlawful, or that it is defamatory or that it invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights unlawfully. Customer agrees to promptly pay all such costs and expenses necessary to defend any such claim, demand, action or proceeding that may be brought against Monsters Company.
